Emotional Management

Anybody can become angry - that is easy. But to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way - that is not within everybody's power and is not easy -  Aristotle

We believe that people with serious mental disorders like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder require more than willpower to overcome the effects of those disorders. However, in the case of people with no clinical mental disorder it is possible to take complete control of their mood by psychological and behavioural methods.

The idea that people can be happy and they can learn how to be happy is not very new. There is a link between mood and expectation. The difference between expectation and reality sometimes brings about anger and anxiety in some people. It can be hence thought that one of the key components of emotional management is really to manage expectations and acceptance of things that can't be changed and to seek a bigger purpose.

If you want things to change you must change what you do. If you want things to get better you must get better.
