1. Where can I see Dr Balu?

You can See Dr Balu in his offices in Central London area (Harley Street, Mayfair). He can also visit you at your office, home or hotel.

2. How soon can I see Dr Balu?

You will get to speak to him usually within 24 hours of your request. Your appointment can be sometimes on the same day. We aim to not run a waiting list and book new appointments only upto a week in advance.

3. What is the fee and how can I pay for my appointment?

Our fee is variable depending on your condition and intervention. Our commitment is to not turn anyone away just because of their financial situation.

We operate a flexible fee structure and often have slots where you will be encouraged to pay for what you think the service was worth to you. We run a service that aims to create value for you in addition to helping you manage your condition.

4. How long will my appointment take?

You will have an initial 15 minutes free consultation to check suitability for our service. Once suitable, the length of  appointment will depend on your individual needs and circumstances.

5. Do I need a GP referral letter?

We don’t always need a GP referral letter, but it does help if there are medical conditions that we need to be aware of.

We can communicate with your GP after our consultation/intervention.

6. Does Dr Balu provide online consultation?

Dr Balu can offer online consultations subject to the regulations governing online consultations and limitations of technology. We can use various secure, encrypted video and audio conferencing facilities for the same.

7. How often will I need to see Dr. Balu?

The frequency of contact will depend on your condition and need and will be discussed as a part of the evaluation process.

8. What can I expect from my first appointment?

You will not wait more than one week for a face to face consultation after the first 15-minute free consultation. You can expect to have a full evaluation of your condition, detailed explanation and report if necessary. You will be advised on the way forward to manage your condition in a better way.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

We operate a very flexible cancellation policy. Because of the unique way we operate,we often dont have any cancellations unless for very urgent reasons. We only offer appointments to people who we can help.

10. Can I contact the clinic out of hours?

You may be able to get a response 24 hours a day as the clinic offers its service internationally. However, it is important to note that the clinic does not offer an emergency service or crisis mental health support. You should contact your local Accident & Emergency department for urgent health matters and if you feel extremely unwell or suicidal.
